SPRAYING AND RECOVERY SYSTEM

• MRP2 control unit with 10 work cycles (with version “BAS” 1000-1500), control button for all programmed opening and closing movements and selected positioning of the 4 screens.
• MRP2 control unit with 5 work cycles (with version “VVE” 1000-1500), control button for all programmed opening and closing movements and selected positioning of just the external screens.
• Visualization of the forward speed and the treated hectares. Flowmeter for all spraying data, l/m, total spread liters, manual regulation of the operating pressure.
• Brass pump COMET IDS 1501 for spraying.
• Pressure product recovery.
• Suction filter with non-return valve.
• No. 2 self-cleaning delivery filters.

RECOVERY SCREENS

• The machine is equipped with 4 stainless steel screens H.: 1750 mm with 7 twin jets, drop separators for the recovery of the product and 4 turnover drip trays for an easy cleaning.
• High capacity filtering grille of the recovered product.
• External swinging screens with safety guide.
• Self-washing system for screens, trays and filters.

TANK

• Polyethylene tank of l 1.160 at inclined planes for a total emptying (for the l 1.000 version).
• Polyethylene tank of l 1.630 at inclined planes for a total emptying (for the l 1.500 version).
• Supplementary tank of l 200 for circuit washing.
• Hand wash tank of l 15.
• Automatic system for product rise.

ELECTROHYDRAULIC SYSTEM

• Independent electrohydraulic system with oil tank for the 4 fans rotation with fans speed governor.
• Independent electrohydraulic system with piston for screens hoisting and pistons for the external screens positioning.
• Electronic management: increasing and slowing down of the fan speed, combined with the opening and closing of the screens, manometer with displayed fan working pressure.
• Oil cooling system. No need of oil connection with the tractor.
